I mean I was interviewing, not the interviewee.

 

End of the interview I asked this fella if he has any questions for me. He's like 41. He pulled out a questionnaire 'he developed when he was consulting' and said:

 

'First thing that comes into your mind about your company culture: when there's a crisis - pitch it/bail out'

 

I just looked at him, stunned.

 

'Next question: when was the last time you took a big risk in your job?'
