The wife and I are thinking about buying property in the UK, probably Leeds, as an investment. Looking at the trends over the past few years is not exactly encouraging and so I wondered if any of you had any good advice/data/experience to share.

 

I know this will descend into a Vish thread, but it would be grand if you would give us your opinions too. :)
