Anyone threatened Telewest recently?

Noticed over the weekend that we're paying 40quid for what they're offering in a "3 for 30quid" bundle now, plus Sky+ is getting cheaper and cheaper. After my successful threatening of 02 made them concede and give me a new phone and better contract, I've decided Telewest are next. Any tips?
