Chronic sinusitis

Wake up five weeks ago feeling like I got a box on the bridge of my nose the night before.

 

Pain passes after a day or so.

 

Have had flu symptoms ever since, despite two courses of antibiotics.

 

Have a wedding in Portugal to go to next week at which I'll be sitting in the corner, dizzy and sober.
