If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live ?

A mate of mine moved to Thailand about a year and a half ago (but I am presuming he only moved there for the articles).

 

Right now I am in a contract where they let me work from home. That means basically I can now live anywhere that has a good broadband connection and that is a close enough flight back for meetings (so thailand is out obviously).

 

I was thinking maybe Madrid, Amsterdam or Barcalona. Does anyone here live in any of those cities and can give me advice on flat hunting and stuff?
