Looking forward, the a*** and we have been buying players for the future. Although a bit gutted we missed out on a spanish one (Merida), it looks like a lot of the future stars are being bought early.

I'm glad that rafa has bought english youngsters in. I would think arsenal would be worried about the future if wenger was to leave. many players seem to play for the manager, rather than the club.

 

Also, with Cashley and Campbell out, there is NO english players in their first team squad, whereas we not only have Gerrard, Carra, Fowler, Pennant we also have Bellamy and the youth.
