  1. See my post above. I've reported my own post to mods so they can remove.
  2. thats weird it was a url I had earlier but somehow its copied itself into the article I was trying to paste even though I just pasted straight into reply box and not the url widget. It was just a plugin for an open source space game that I implemented a while back. Cant seem to edit post though. Sorry about that, real link below... hopefully http://www.liverpool...00252-27384391/
  3. RBS probably need to run the club as a going concern in order to maximise sale price. If we go into administration our top players will have to be flogged off and then there's the 9 point deduction and all the other issues that go with administration. I dont think that's going to make for an attractive purchase really
  4. and sent
  5. Thats quality. 2 mins of our time and look at the result. At the very least we've confirmed any initial fears they had in helping Hicks
  6. sent. Is this on facebook somewhere?
  7. It would be good if the media turned the spotlight on the FA in regards to Hicks suitability to be a football club owner within their "famous" fit and proper test. Perhaps emailing a few of the journos over this? I'm thinking Maddock might be a goos start. Anyone got his email?
  8. Good grief... who in their right mind would lend money to Hicks. Hasn;t he filed for bankruptcy?
  9. Diomede, Bisca and Sissoko

  11. Well personally I dont know if there is or isnt other bids on the table but seeing as this is for a good cause I'll say there is and will pair up with someone of the opposite view

  14. It's amazing that after what happened the last time we got sold that some people are falling over themselves to go with the Huang deal on the strength of a press release. There's a process in place which needs to be followed and if Huang's bid is as strong as it purports to be then he'll have to see it out.
  15. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/18082010/58/bundesliga-babel-wolfsburg-link-dismissed-liverpool.html first comment at the bottom Reds fans read The Times tomorrow, can't say anymore!!!!!!!!!
  16. LOL pest control... love it
  17. Christ it's just as well I'm taking time off work or surely I would have been sacked by now for complete nosedive in productivity
  18. No one on here is suggesting it would be ok to carry on as is but with different owners. It's probably that it's taken as a given that we need a sensible business model that doesnt pile debt onto the club so nobody's discussing that aspect.
  19. And would you really want to buy the club in administration? Chances are that even a CL spot would be gone. Torres and Stevie probably wouldnt want a second season with no CL.
  20. As I understand administration RBS would only get part of their debt back whereas if they assume control they can sell the club as a going concern without 9 points penalty and surely at the very least get the debt repayed to them.
  21. no RBS taking control would be an alternative to going into administration
  22. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/aug/11/liverpool-takeover-sharjah Now lets see if this supposed backer receives the same amount of scrutiny as Huang's
  23. I must admit I'm starting to feel strangely re-assured by this concerted anti Huang campaign. I swear next we'll be hearing how he used to rip off the tuck shop at school
