  1. Wouldn't put it past him. He could basically have a deal with the yanks to see them right with a few mill each, cover the debt to RBS and then once he owns us suddenly announce some unforeseen circumstance stops him from investing in a stadium/transfers
  2. "Kirdi said he’s backed by “big names” from the Mideast and Canada. He refused to identify them, saying they wanted to remain anonymous until his offer was accepted. " So basically he's hoping to dupe Broughton into accepting his bid without having to prove his funds
  3. hey? Ive got SSN on and havent seen that.
  4. Have SSN backtracked on this Kirdi thing now? Absolutely no mention of it on the 8pm bulletin. All they mention is Sahara pulling out
  5. http://www.cradlebay.co.uk/index.php/2010/08/09/liverpool-takeover-to-be-completed-by-weekend/
  6. I just dont see what RBS would gain by leaving the club in the hands of two individuals who are looking for an extremely unrealistic price. In the mean time the debt carries on spiralling and the higher the debt the more difficult the sale becomes.
  7. risky i'd say as unless they do find a buyer willing to pay silly money before the 6th Oct they could have the club taken off their hands by RBS
  8. Surely RBS would rather repossess Liverpool FC and run it themselves rather than club going into administration? It would make sense from the point of view of them trying to sell the club themselves without it having all the penalties associated with administration
  9. Well we always knew that Huang was gonna be the subject of all sorts of information/disinformation after it bacame clear he was tryin to oust the yanks with no profit. He may or may not have backing but Im not paying any attention to anything in the press at the moment, negative or otherwise.
  10. Well as long as he doesnt air his dirty laundry in public...
  11. I cant see Kirdi's backers agreeing to hand over £500m or so upfront with no deeds coming their way. That would be madness
  12. well i hate turkish delight and he could pass as Turkish...
  13. kirdi = turkish delight?
  14. so what's to impede the current proprietors from abstaining from the vending of our institution to them? Sorry... I'll get my coat
  15. £50m investment + £25m mascherano = that will do me
  16. wgich reminds me I'm supposed to be learning Japanese not constantly hitting F5 all day
  17. with respect you never mentioned this bit: 就报价本身而言,已经和之前媒体报道以及黄健华本人的态度来了个180度大转弯,因为就在前一日,黄健华公关公司还公开
  18. £100m for stadium!!???
  19. Agree 100% that any alternative private deal has to be genuine for the yanks to have the final say I think the bottom line is that short of there being no rival bids, CIC are going to have to match any other bid, no matter how good their bid is for the long term future of the club.
  20. Realistically would RBS have the motivation to do anything about it if the end product of them handling the sale their own way is that they get their money back?
  21. As I see it they were backed into the corner of having to bring Broughton on board to sell the club as the alternative was no refinancing of the loan and the club repossessed by RBS. Now if they privately find a buyer and it covers all the debts they can rip up any agreement of the handling of the sale they may have had with RBS as the threat of repossession will be gone.
  22. Wouldnt the board approving the sale be an RBS condition imposed upon them?
  23. Yes but my fear is that they can rip up that agreement with RBS to have Broughton in charge of the sale and go with their own choice. There's nothing legally untoward in them doing that. It's only if they dont have a buyer of their own lined up that they have to play ball with RBS as otherwise they can have the club taken off them.
  24. Thats my point, RBS only care about their debt. Realistically they wont even care if the new owners are a car crash waiting to happen. I think it will come down to how much CIC want LFC cos with G & H having the final say over which bid to accept theres no way a bid only covering the debt will succeed. I thought they owned 50% each? Why do they need the approval of the board though?
  25. So what happens if its not, who would stop them as the own the club outright between them?
