exactly, in my work place, if the manager was tellingme to do things and for a whole year/season it wasnt working, i would change it myself. if top players on top wages cannot/ will not do this, there is a serious problem....why doesnt someone stand up and have the cajones to do something different

i am as confused as everyone, but there are a few things i dont get i guessed how we would play yesterday and i am only a fan. if i can do that, then its easy to setup against us the formation has looked wrong away from home all year, why not change it the players are going through the motions.why if the players are so peeved off, why dont they do something different to the "plan" whilst on the pitch i thought the decision to take off torres was about right, he was knackered and looked lost we went to an attacking line up with fresh legs whether rafa goes or not, i dont have a view at the moment, i just want this nonsense football to stop, but the supporters of rafa cant say, well who can do better, because at the moment, i could.... there is an awful cloud of confusion around the club at the minute and the players need to get it together as does the manager and the owners

i am not sure we have had worse than any other team, and yes we have been pants. my concern is that every game we seem to think its just the ref. there needs to be a change somewhere....i am not totally for rafa going or staying but we need to change our tactics away from home and get some belief back...if rafa does that brilliant, if not he has to go...thats the nature of football
