The tackle from behind on Masch was far worse than most of the things we have been sent off for this season and Chimbonda clearly kicked out with the Linesman right by him. I'll be surprised if it is an out and out 4-4-2. Even if it is I would hope an £18m central midfielder would be able to play as part of a two man central midfield partnership.

Masch at right back yet. would have preferred to see Kelly start there but we'll see. Aquilani has no future here. He can't even get a game when Masch plays at right back. Bizarre.

We haven't been great and have caused ourselves more problems at the back than they have with sloppy possession in our own third. Some really poor performances and Maxi, in particular, is not in the game at all at the moment.
