Yes that is one of the differences between Kuyt and Cisse. Kuyt might not be naturally gifted but he works his b******s (I can only imagine the attitude we see on the pitch is mirrored in training) and always has a positive attitude. Cisse might be a more naturally talented athlete but his attitude stinks and I can imagine that like with Kuyt his work ethic in training mirrors what we see on the pitch. On top of that It seems like some of the peroxide he loves so much has leaked into his brain.
