I know this a proper long shot, and I'm no legal expert by any means; Could it be possible to raise this issue (the Hillsborough one) to EU level? This has very much to do with crowd safety, organization and policing at sporting event which is an important issue all over Europe. The troubles around the stadium in Athens last year illustrated that there are still problems that needs to be addressed and that organisers around Europe haven't learned for experiences in other countries. What say the ones with know-how?

Pretty much spot on, would have given Pepe and Fabio 7 each. Not at all sure where Bentley would fit us. Only thing impressing about him was his freekick in 2nd half.

That more bloody like it! I could see Plessis getting another start today. If Torres is rested, I'd like to see Babel and Crouch upfront. Kuyt has played a lot of games lately so he's possible for the bench as well me thinks. Very difficult to second guess Rafa for this one, depending how much of threat he thinks Blackburn is and how knackered some players are. Nemeth in the squad perhaps?
