the original Flat Track Bully was Graeme Hick - the batsman who waited years to qualify for England and when he did he was pretty terrible against the really good sides but could murder anyone else. I'm pretty sure the term was first coined by someone about him. And Traore - God I can't believe he played for Liverpool Football Club for 7 years, only a couple of years less than the King!!

I can definitely recommend "The Red Revolution - Liverpool Under Houllier" published in 2002. Part of the reason I can definitely recommend it is because I wrote it! (I think it would be remiss of me not to point that out) But I do also think its a good read, and I've had good reaction from people on it, not least Mon Houllier himself
