Virgil would tell you otherwise. Whilst they "could", in the same way Salah could play on the left and Robbo could play on the right, they don't want to. CBs prefer their side just the same way any other player in other positions do. Body shape, positioning, the way you face play is completely different when you swap sides, the same as it would be for full backs.

He definitely need to be starting every week somewhere. Brighton might be a good fit. Quansah one bothers me a bit. This is purely PSR bulls*** isn't it. He's still so young for that position and has massive potential. Think he'll be quality in the long run, maybe a buy back clause will actually be triggered with him in a few years. They're not normally.

It's not just that. He's ridiculously one footed and turns in circles, but more than that, like Jones, he has no plan once he gets the ball. Both take too many touches as a result as they're making it up as they go along. If you want to play midfield and create for others, you've got to read the game better and know exactly where the ball is going within 3 touches having already scouted where everyone is.
