we are tactically very flexible.. If there was an overhead camera it could be very interesting to see the different formation we employ within the 90 minutes -

Xabi was average but he had a hand in the goal with the glorious ball to Finnan.. I thought Sissoko was good but this was poor performance in comparison to ones before.. some positives like Riise passing the ball out of defence under pressure was good to see..

Gerrard was poor in the second half.. too many long shots when there was a better player in position.. Crouch was poor as well

hes only 20.. I saw him a lot for Valencia since he made his debut and Armstrong who for me is one of the most knowlegdeable pundits marked him out as a potentially a great player.. what ive seen him of at Liverpool hes done well

The priorities for me at the start of the season were, 1. European Cup 2. Premiership 3. World Club Championship 4. FA Cup 5. Euro Super Cup 6. League Cup for me European Cup is the hardest tournament because of the consistently good quality of opposition..I only saw the magic of the FA Cup when Owen scored 2 late goals in our victory.. -
