Completely agree. I'm a bit surprised by the absolute impatience from some on this - real insistence that it's a disgrace that Slot is still here. I get some think he can't turn this round, but I personally think he deserves a good deal more patience and support from us.

Apart from the bringing Konate bit, I like that. I thought Curtis did well on Saturday.

I love Mo. He has been sensational for this club. His comments are a complete disgrace and, I think, can't be defended. We've looked more solid since he's been dropped (Leeds was great until Konate f***ed it for us). I agree that Gakpo and Konate should have been dropped too, but I don't think we have obvious alternatives for them. I found myself defending Suarez at the time because he was ours and was so sensational. Looking back now, I feel uncomfortable about that as Suarez was a massive t***. Not equating Salah with Suarez - but I don't want to try and justify and defend poor behaviour.

I thought we played well on Saturday. If we hadn't Konated it up, we were in complete control and looked solid.

I said on the transfer thread a month or so back that I think Danns looks like he could contribute this season (not many agreed!). He looked really good last night when he came on. I wouldn't mind seeing him on for the last 20 or so on Sat.

He strikes the ball so well. He had a couple of shots blocked last night that looked well on target and were hit with real pace.

Sadly, I agree. Love his heart and work rate, but he'd be a problem if we needed him to feature in a big game against a big team.

Yeah, he does have it in his locker to be s*** when he's not had a run of games. Tends to come good though.

Chiesa looked good this half. Looking fitter and sharper. Leoni looks good too. Gomez rusty (he always takes a few games to get back to his level). Frimpomg and Endo both been poor.
