I feel like this thread is deteriorating down a road I can no longer trek

Bring back Gonzalez?

I think we are probably more likely to see loans rather than perma transfer out - specially with the younger ones like Shelvey etc. Sterling would surely warrant a spell on loan somewhere. I know hes young but as long as he is at a suitable level i think it would do him wonders. At the end of the day if we are trying to bolster our squad to give it depth that seems like the way it would go down. But then the question is where does the money for extra players come from.

yep- also ask for that if you want fat old men chewing gum till their face turns beet root red....f*** I hate that fat f***

Agreed - Swansea play some attractive football so I recon it will be quite open - neither team has anything to lose so they may just go out to enjoy themselves which usually means a good spectacle.

It sorta worries me that other clubs have already started to line up signings (Podolski, Mari, Hazard seems certain to be at city etc) and we havent even replaced our DoF.....I just hope we are rushed into making signings again Having said that Kenny has always been one to keep signings under wraps

I think at very least we can be certain of this- he will always put the club before himself (look at the Luis Suarez saga)

What about someone like hulk? Seems like he is interested in a move away from porto? Viable?? http://soccernet.esp...to-exit?cc=3436 Apparently Chelsea have already started their clean up picking up Marko Marin from Wender Bremen (another target we were linked with some time ago) - I just hope all this tooing and frooing from our owners doesn't mean we are stuck with second choice transfers

Would he be willing to play a bit part role though?

Well I think that this new documentary they are making with Fox will go some way to try and give an insight and access to that

I suppose its more the assumptions some could draw due to their non attendance - such that Red Sox are more important therefore get more money /attention etc.

Really? Did you ask them? Im sure Kenny or someone has at some stage said "look the owners are out there go and show them what your worth"

I think when the owners are there it would give them a bit of a boost - gotta play well in front of them

I told you to stop sending naked pictures of yourself to me....

I second this and I recon he could end up with butt load of assists as well - that head of his down to Suarez could really do magic could even go 20 - 10 season

you really think there is no argument that the transfers brought in under KD have been poor?

That line up warms my loins

I have never ever seen a truer pic

And yes...Im on my way to marry him now

I think you will be pleasantly surprised by Carroll next season - I recon he will repay and then some

Odemwengie?

What do we need? 10 goal win?

Reasons against 1. Poor season performance 2. Poor transfers 3. Tactically deficient (arguable) 4. Better managers on the market (arguable)

So the key reasons for Kenny to stay are? 1. Club screwed him around over Hodgson appointment 2. The amount of love he has for this club 3. Replacement may be worse 4. Players possibly leave (I saw something about Suarez going if Kenny does) 5. Its fkn Kenny Dalgliesh - best win percentage as manager in history of the club 6. He needs more time to 'rebuild' Is that about it?

Carroll is a number 9 all the way - he just needs to prove it - hes your traditional English center forward
