Haven't got a clue. As with most stats, you'd need to view the match again (without the match day nerves) to put them into context. He was dodgy at times, but it's not hard to see that he can become a dominant force for us and a firm favourite. What, he used to go out mugging people at his secondary school? (Yes, was at the same school. His real name is Ugu Chugu Ehiogu)
First Cole hears AF say "Bridge..black..c***" while he's watching Terry run backwards (so Cole's back is turned to Ferdinand), now he says he lip read AF. 1) The defense argued yesterday that lip reading is unreliable. 2) How can Cole be facing both Terry and Ferdinand at the same time, yet have his back turned to both at the same time? Schrodinger's Cole.
Having a free 10mins this afternoon, I've had a look at the YouTube footage (over and over) and, imo, he clearly says "Yeah, and others [uvers], you f***** black c***, f****** knob head".
If my eyes do not deceive me, you talk of Lavezzi, Marin and James Rodriguez all supporting Luis Suarez? The premier league will not have known carnage like that since the halcyon days of Lord Frodsham.
Not sure about that. Bale always had outstanding natural ability. I watched him tear apart a good Brazil side at White Hart Lane (Wales vs Brazil friendly) about 6 years ago. You could tell he was going to be a very special even back then. I don't particularly get that feeling with Henderson.
Yesterday he shirked out of a challenge with their left back in their half when the ball was there to be won. Sorry, didn't have my iPhone out to film it.
Getting stuck in and s***ting out of tackles are two different things. If the ball is there to be won and you're the closest player to it, it is your duty to at least attempt a tackle, not skip out of the way.
Who said anything about getting rid? It was a comment on a glaring weakness of his and an observation on the decision to sign him in the situation were were in; the need to have players good enough to slot straight into the first team to get back into the CL.
He doesn't play on the right though, regardless of what the pre-match teamsheet says. He has played perhaps 2-3 games as a right midfielder, but the majority of the time, he has been given a Gerred-like free role, roaming behind the main attacker.
