Morning. Need a spot of advice please.

 

My old company had a contract with a website provider. As part of the package we were allowed to make changes to the site twice a year without incurring a charge. We've requested changes on a number of occasions and they have never been made.

 

Does this constitute a breach of contract and if so, can we persue a claim?
