Check all the main sites including the official ones and they all have it as Crouch's goal.

Pretty sure Match of the Day gave it as a Given OG

And didn't Crouch himself admit he was baffled by the decision in an interview recently? He knows its his but he said he couldn't understand why everyone else had given it as an OG.

 

Did it hit the post before going in off the keeper, or did the keeper simply fail to stop it?
