You f***ing twunts. Got a list of items that I added to my cart on 2nd December. Selected the free shipping (a few days longer than normal).

I check on the items yesterday and they are listed as being ready to ship for 9th February 2006. Even though each individual item is listed as being ready to ship within 24 hours.

OS I contact then pointing out that these are xmas presents and whilst I don?t expect them to do all their deliveries in one night like santa I did expect to get all of them by 24th December. Not only that I can?t cancel the order according to their system.

I also took time to explain that a delay of 2 months was a far stretch of the term for free shipping of ?a few days extra?.

They kindly sorted the problem. There is a technical error and that was why I couldn?t cancel the order ? and also why it was showing a shipping date of February.

That?s it ? no reason given ? no date as to when to expect the shipment and no f***ing apology. What a bunch of complete twunts. So now I won?t get the kids presents on time and nor can I cancel ? and they had the cheek to ask that I give them another try!! Lie I?m ever ordering from amazon again you bunch of greedy f***ing heartless w***ing twunts.

I hope that the Christmas tree for each and everyone of the c***s catches fire and that they all get food poisoning from the staff dinner.
