This has just been shared to a Facebook group I'm in - her name is Shay Winters, went to Liverpool yesterday from Wigan and hasn't returned and is non-contactable (phone out of battery)

I've asked if there are any details on where she may have been heading to - all that is known is that she was heading to Liverpool to go shopping.
