help needed

We've got a problem.

The missus went for a job interview on thursday. The people that interviewed her were very kind ,polite, and decent with her and seemed to start to work with her as soon as possible.

The chief told her that her resume was the best he received and due to the competitive examination she passed, she was the first in line for the job.

He said that he still needed to see another person after her and that by friday afternoon,he would give her the answer.

He also said that it was an administrative problem because he had to contact the director of human ressources and that she is not working very much(we don't know if she is on holiday or not right now).

 

The trouble is he never called her and she is desperate right now.

she sent him an email yesterday but no answer.Would you go to see him at his work place or try to call him? or is it harassment?
