Ported from T-Mobile to O2. My new sim works in my mates phone but in mine i get the following:

The message is

“Only compatible SIM cards from a supported Carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported Carrier’s store to receive a replacement SIM card”

Many thanks

Him indoors had a Vodafone locked 4s from a mate but had an O2 contract - downloaded all sorts of software to jailbreak it but still didnt work - was quoted £60 by a dodgy market stall but baulked at it taking about 4 days so went back to Android

Went the market and 3 different people said they couldnt do it because of something to do with apple. Lad at work reckons one of his mates can do it within 72 hours so gonna try that. Doing my head in.

4s was lost and reported to the network, who locked it and blacklisted it. A new one has been sent.

The other has been found. Will the network remove it from the blacklist because, as i understand it, that phone is mine now ?
