30 secs of qualification criteria being restated

 

Then it tells you that all operators are busy

Only thing I can come up with is that they want people to use the on line portal (with the additional booking fee & less need for staff)

 

Still really annoying though

 

And as much as it is a bit of a numiliating confession to make, I can't use the online thing because me mum threw the passwords away

I actually managed to get them through the online portal despite the technophobia of my dad.
