LondonLiverpoolFan Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Right so, I bought a semi detached house and am having it extended back and side on the ground and first floor. We applied for planning permission and had it turned down due to some women in the council saying there has to be a 45 degree line of sight from our neighbours side window, out past our extension. Is it worth appealing? We've had our plans adjusted and resubmitted them, which have been accepted. However we lose about 6m square from our bedroom if we stick with the adjusted plans....
