What's the moral of the story? I haven't really paid attention so I don't know if these people are sound or if they're dreadlocked reclaim the street drill holes in tarmac to plant trees type people. They hardly deserve to be shot for their troubles though? Especially if it was in international waters as claimed in some reports.
