Just taken a phone call from a bloke who is setting up a website, and needs some quotes from an old publication of my organisation.

 

'Have you got them to send to me?'

'I'll have to have a look for it when I've got time.'

'Can you do it today?'

'That'll be difficult, as I'm very busy'

'We're going live today, so I need it this morning.'

'Erm, you'll get it when I've got time to look for it'

'Can you do it any quicker?'

 

Look, d*cksplat, I don't work for you, so if you're setting up a website and you need something for it, better to call me more than a couple of hours before it's due to go live, isn't it?
