Where are all the Donna-Maries?

There were loads of them about when I was a kid. Used to hear it all the time.

 

"ey Donna-Marie, get me ten regal if you're going the mobile"

 

"ey Donna-Marie, did you just throw your chips out the window? the conductors getting on."

 

That sort of thing.

 

There's none now. Not one. Are they all dead?
