Wounded

[Tosh]

Sort of surprised no thread about this BBC1 show from the other night

2 young lads (+/- 20) blown to bits (literally) in Afghanistan and their (and the medical/army establishments) efforts to rebuild their lives. The lads were brave enough going, not angry about what happened to them, and really brave to let the cameras follow their "recovery". The fight they put into that was amazing.

I found it harrowing and inspiring at the same time. Also brought home the reality of the conflict far "better" than bodies arriving in Wiltshire. Tis in 2 bits (appropriately enough) on the iPlayer
