smokescreen Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Was wondering what the consensus is on the best / most effective type of protein shakes, as I'm going the gym and want to aid my build up. I've been told conflicting things about whether to go for the type you take before you train, and the type you take after. Any advice or opinions?
