(Especially Indian) call centres

An old chestnut but I've got the hump with them again.

I'm f*cking sick of talking with people who speak English but don't understand it, at least not to the degree needed to discuss complex matters. We accept telephone queuing systems as a way of life, it's an American idea and we just accept them as 'normal', well they're not, they're a fairly new concept and we just go along with the pain,they cause stress in people's lives to make more and more money for the big companies, they should be f*cked off, I spend half my life in queues at premium rate being told they have 'high call volumes at this time'. They've ALWAYS got high call volumes regardless of what's going on in the world, employ more staff you c*nts there's a recession on and people need jobs!!

And when you eventually get through after a nice long wait at your expense you get some kid from Mumbai who speaks reasonable English but as soon as the conversation strays off of his script doesn't understand you.
