Manchester United will progress tonight easily without breaking sweat. Sadly.

 

They will use their usual intimidation, diving, cheating, crying and whining to good effect.

 

As per usual.

 

Their manager will moan about the referee before the game urging him to be 'strong' against the 'diving' Portuguese (Without a trace of Guilt). He'll then probably end his pre-match whine about 'how referees don't protect poor ickle Ronaldo enough'. Then hand the match official a brown paper bag.

I'm not convinced he's as good at bribing European refs as he is the PL ones. He'd have won a lot more CLs if he was - let's face it, they get spawny draws, he should have won more than he has.

 

Its this thought that keeps me comforted that Porto might just do it (again, let's not forget).

Porto had the beating of them last week. They play like that agin and they'll go through.
