AFC LIVERPOOL have been rocked by the resignation of club founder Alun Parry.

 

Parry, who instigated the new club last February after he decided to create a club for Liverpool fans unable to afford Premiership matches, has cited personal abuse from some fans for his decision to move on.

 

In a statement, Parry said: “It’s a strange world when building something as magnificent as this from nothing ends up in the level of personalised abuse and hatred I have had directed at me lately."

think there has been loads of infighting, their gates are nowhere near where they need to be either, they are typically getting about 350 for a home game. it just hasnt caught the imagination at all. the team is doing well though, they're top of their league
