How do they get paid? Just had a mortgage broker, allied to the estate agents we're purchasing through, ring me offering to search the market. I agreed, and he came back with a slightly better deal than we'd found at C&G, who we'd already gone and spoken to. He sent over a Keyfacts illustration, it all seems fine so we're proceeding. I'm not going to get stung for a fee now am I? He's not mentioned any fee whatsoever so far.
