Apparently its not. According to a latest survey your IQ goes up or down, and your memory either increases or decreases depending on your choice of friends. So considering I spend half my year in either the Oakie or the KC, I am royally f***ed.

IMHO they should have stipulated that both the extra places (or at least one) should have to be somebody brought through the youth system.

Same here. The media and FA always bang on about young English players not getting a chance, this would have been the perfect opportunity. Could've set a requirement that the two new sub places have to go to homegrown players aged under 23 (or something to that effect). Then at least they're on the bench to bring on when we're cruising to victory.

Think that's a good idea that would improve English football and benefit our club as well as we are going to bring on the youngster/reserve when the match is over. Definitely more reserves will getting a chance!
