Has anyone received new procedures on how to apply for match tickets if you're affiliated with the AIB?

 

I've had inquiries from my members but according to the Ticket Office Manager, they will only post these instructions and not communicate them to us over email.

 

The postal service here is as reliable as John Arne Riise's heading abilities.
