What sort of a joke outfit are these? I'll be in Europe in a couple of weeks, and booked flights from Dublin to Oslo with them months ago. In the intervening months, they've sent me 3 seperate schedule changes. No big deal. But today, they emailed me to kindly let me know that this time they've changed the DATES of my trip. I've never heard of anything like this in my life. Are they known for this sort of bulls***? They kindly offered to refund the tickets, I wonder if they'll refund my rental car and hotels too, the c***s.

 

They're an Irish airline aren't they - who should I complain to about this? Are there any Irish regulatory/watchdog groups that might be willing to listen to me ranting?
