Vietnamese River Cobbler

I was after some smoked haddock at the supermarket to make a chowder but they had this other cheap smoked fish so I thought i'd give it a try. I'm now starting to think that it might not be so environmentally friendly to buy my smoked fish from Vietnam.

 

Anyone know how you are supposed to know if foreign produce is sustainable and all that ?
