Tech help required...

Alright people got a doozy for you...

My mates PC is running Vista and using IE, anyways he can access fully the t'internet, except for paypal that is and after a few hours last week of me trying to fix it I had to concede defeat.

Most likely its an IE problem and I have seen people on here mentioning other browsers but my mate is feckin hopeless as it is without him trying to work with a new browser???

Anybody had the same or similar problems, any solutions??
