USB speakers ...

The headphone jack on my laptop is knackered so I'm trying to find out if you can get good speakers that connect via USB?

Or is it possible to get a USB to 3.5mm converter and connect speakers that way?

 

AND

 

If moving abroad (England to Estonia) is it better to use a plug converter for a laptop, or get a new power supply? Will using a different country's power point affect performance?
