Education again -

[Tetti]

Think we lost the last education thread to the archive.

So, all 11 plus exams finished today, thank God. And to make it sweeter the first "passed" letter came through from an earlier exam and he is into the top 175 for 100 places ( out of 570+ applicants ) for one of his chosen schools. Interview next. Poor little bugger. Seems to be one of his favourites too out of the 4 he sat. But will mean I stay working for another 8 years minimum.

Too much choice around here, to some extent, but too much competition for the "best" schools as well.
