Spam filters

Ever since I stupidly added my email address to my Facebook profile I am being inundated by about 50 spam mails a day. Thing is they all seem to be coming from different 'people' and offering anything from a larger nob to medications or making money. As none of them seem to be coming from the same source is there a filter out there that will detect them or am I going to have to keep trawling through them to clean them up.

 

Thing I am worried about is missing an important one amongst all that dross so any advice would be more than welcome.
