Thanks for cutting off my broadband when I moved last week despite acknowledging my instructions to transfer it to my new line which has the same F*CKING number

 

..... and thanks for wasting three hours of my life on Monday in your interminable queues

......and thanks for the bullsh*t technical 'advice' given in such a patronising manner you bitch

......and thanks for ompletely ballsing up work and leaving me up sh*t creek

......and thanks making me buy a mobile modem just to stay connected until you can get me back online on the 18th of f*cking December and no earlier

.....and thanks for telling me the same timescales would apply regardless if it were ICI or Nat West was effected by your incompetence

Telling me the way to make a formal complaint is to send an e-mail to complaints@btconnect.com when you know full well f*cking that I can't do that because I'm fecking well offline you mentalist thickfeckerknobjockeytwot!!
