word search for a term

Anyone know of a term to encompass: family, friends and partners

I can't quite think of it!

 

The context: the project my friend works for offers support and rehabilitation to young gamblers and their THE PROBLEM WORD HERE. I suppose "family, friends and partners" but then it would become very long. It will be used side by side with the Finnish and Swedish versions and those two languages have a compact term for it.
