Destinations for a week away

Right then, I want to head off with the wife for a week after christmas but want to go somewhere a bit different. At the moment it's either Reykjavík or Marrakech. Totally different spots obviously but you get the kind of thing I'm looking for hopefully.

 

So all suggestions welcome and cheers in advance.
