Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, so my apologies if it has, but what were the signals by Rafa' and Gerrard's reaction all about against Blackburn?

Gerrard seemed to makea gesture toward Rafa' as if to say "what the hell am I s'posed to do?". Anyone know what was going on?

Also, I've posted before about players arguing on the pitch (Carra' and Masch' this time). I know it happens, but I really don't like seeing it. There's a lot of frustration out there at the moment and I don't think it's great seeing it boil over on the pitch.

Carra and Kuyt had a bit of a kick off at half time against Arsenal last week.... Carra had screamed at him at about 40 mins into the game and Kuyt approached him as they walked off...

I agree, its not good to see, but you will get that with someone as passionate as Carragher.

Would much rather see some shouting between the players than nothing. As long as you take responsibility for your own play and dont get into full blown fights, there's nothing wrong with it as far as I'm concerned

The players are not happy campers at the moment beacuse THEY KNOW they are underperforming, when we start winning there will be less handbag moments between our players and staff. Rafa was actually telling stevie not to 'bomb forward to much' he gestured a 5 hand signal meaning he wanted 5 in the middle of te park. Stevie was kinda saying 'yeah ok im trying to score like lar'. I belive that was benitez'z game plan yester day to battle it out with a packed midfield untill blackburn got knackered then go for it in the last 10 mins, almost worked too.

Carragher really should shut his mouth sometimes. I was pleased to see Masch tell him to f*** off. He was right as well, there was absolutely nothing on and he might as well have taken a punt. Carragher's getting a dreadful tendency to shout at people in games. The incident that really annoyed me was a minor miscontrol in the midfield. Carra proceeded to advance from defence, hoof the ball into the stand and then start berating them for losing the ball.

I think it's fine if Carra takes that role - we need someone to b****** the players when they are playing shyte. Keane did it for the mancs as did Schmeical

I agree. We have been needing someone to shout at the other players for years. Like you say, Keane did for the mans and it worked.

carra's been dressing down teammates, for years, whether we're winning or losing.

Exactly. Almost everytime we conceed a goal Carra is either just shouting randomly or shouting at someone in our team. Every side needs someone like that, just as long as they themselves are perfrorming which Carragher usually is.
