Kahnee Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 If the A4 print-out hasn't shown up in the post by the time Saturday arrives, what do I do?
LondonLiverpoolFan Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 (edited) Go to the pub? Edit: In all seriousness for what game? Edited September 18, 2007 by LondonLiverpoolFan
Kahnee Posted September 18, 2007 Author Posted September 18, 2007 My Dad got his through ages ago. Thanks for that I've got mine, but the other one I got for a friend has yet to arrive at its destination. Hence the question WHAT DO YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION?

Guest Snorky Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Contact the club asap. If on the Saturday there is still no show, get to the ticket office with the proof of purchase as early as possible to get a replacement. The A4 sheet was brought in to stop people queueing up on Match Day at the T/O for their tickets not turning up. People are now queueing up at the T/O as the A4 sheets are not turning up. Solved one problem and created another - the wonderful world of our ticket office.

Guest Snorky Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 That'll have to be the e-mail I take it? If the email is proof of purchase, then yes. It might be prudent to take something with your address on as well.

Kahnee Posted September 19, 2007 Author Posted September 19, 2007 And the correct answer is - take the fan card and credit/debit card used to buy the ticket to the ticket office and they will print a new one (thanks to Paddy for sorting this!)
