having trouble with skybet

i put a fiver on us to win both halves last week against derby and sky matched the bet, yet the difference to my account was only plus £2.50 with the odds being 3.5.....not much of a betting man but 10 x3.5 is more than 2.50 profit..i have emailed them twice about it...any ideas
