A mate of mine the other day who is not really into rock music, heard the Foo Fighters at Live Earth the other weekend and is now convinced that 'all my life' is the greatest rock song of all time. He is of course, allowed his opinion, but i'm just so sure he's wrong :rolleyes: . Thing is, I couldn't think of one song there and then to better it, even though I know there are loads.

 

So, what is the greatest rock song of all time?

 

Rock obviously is quite a large genre, so we'll go for hard/heavy rock here. Is it Led Zep, Sabbath, Metallica or the Foo Fighters?

 

Answers on a post card, but would prefer it in this thread.
